Our step by step process:

Pre-inspection
First we carry out a background check on the premises and look at the current valuation breakdown from the government
02.
Site Inspection Analysis
Then we visit the premises and do a site analysis to identify if there is a difference between the current breakdown and what is actually there/ to see if there have been changes
03.
Identify Potential Savings
We crunch through the numbers to see how much we can save your business and if we cannot, then you would be notified, or given advice
04.
Finalise and Sign Docs
Upon the basis you want to proceed, we finalise terms and sign the contracts and necessary documents needed to carry on the process
05.
Case Submission
Your case is then prepared and submitted to the Valuation Office Agency
06.
Await Contact
We wait and if the VOA need further information we will be in touch
07.
Decision On The Case
A decision is then given for stage 1 of the Check and Challenge Appeal, where we then proceed to stage 2 if needs be – or we negotiate and/or accept the new valuation
08.
Refund Is Received
Once all the databases have been updated and the local council receives the schedule of works, we may apply for a refund on any previous money paid/ or credit is given against the new bill
